Welcome! I’m a professor at the Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training (Eidgenössische Hochschule für Berufsbildung EHB) and Head of the Swiss Observatory for Vocational Education and Training OBS EHB. My research focuses on contemporary challenges and developments related to education, training, skill formation, and labor markets. Before joining EHB, I worked as an Assistant Professor of Educational Governance at the Hertie School – The University of Governance in Berlin, where I led the Educational Governance Team. Previously, I worked at the University of St. Gallen, University of Luxembourg, and WZB Berlin Social Science Center.
